Statutory AMFI & SEBI Regulatory Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Distributor Status

Welcome to ApnaMutualFund.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. ApnaMutualFund.com is a digital investor educational portal operated by an AMFI-Registered Individual Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-310863, EUIN: E589137) engaged in the distribution of regular plans of mutual funds under the guidelines and regulations issued by SEBI and AMFI.

2. Nature of Calculators & Information

All calculators, projections, compounding tables, charts, and educational articles provided on ApnaMutualFund.com are for illustrative and investor educational purposes only:

  • They do not constitute a binding guarantee, commitment, or promise of future investment performance.
  • Returns are compounded mathematically using standard compounding formulas based on user-selected input rates. Actual mutual fund returns depend on prevailing market conditions and asset price movements.
  • Users must evaluate their personal financial goals, risk appetite, and liquidity needs before initiating investments.

3. Statutory SEBI Market Risk Disclosure

⚠️ Statutory Disclaimer: Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not an indicator of future returns. The NAV of units issued under schemes may go up or down depending on the factors and forces affecting securities markets.

4. Zero Fee Policy for Advisory Consultations

ApnaMutualFund.com does not charge any upfront consultation, subscription, or advisory fees to investors. As an AMFI-registered distributor, our remuneration is received in the form of trail commission directly from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) under SEBI-approved total expense ratio (TER) limits for regular plans.

5. Investor Grievance Escalation & Jurisdiction

In accordance with SEBI guidelines, any investor grievance will be addressed within 2 business days. If unresolved, investors may escalate grievances through the official SEBI SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) or SMART ODR portal. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
